SHIPPING

We will endeavour to dispatch goods within 2-3 working days if orders are received prior to 12pm AEST. In some instances, dispatch may be within a week of receiving your order receipt. Orders placed on weekends or on public holidays will not be processed until the next business day. Please note during sale, promotional & holiday times, orders may take longer to be dispatched. 

Every effort is made to ensure that an item's stock level is accurately displayed, though there may be occasions when this information is not 100% correct and an ordered item may have sold out.

In this situation, every effort will be made to source the item for you and you will be kept up to date via email or telephone.

Please note: Shipping times may be influenced by at the moment due to Covid logistic disruptions. Please visit Australia Post website for updates. We recommend allowing longer for your order to arrive. Perugia cannot be held responsible for transport delays.

Shipping Costs
Free shipping for orders over $200 within Australia.
Orders under $200 are charged a $15 delivery fee domestically.
Purchases outside Australia are unavailable at this stage.

Tracking Details

When we process and dispatch your goods, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Please be sure to indicate your daytime address where you will be during business hours for delivery purposes.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we welcome you to return your purchased item for exchange or credit note (valid for 6 months) on full priced items, should they meet the below requirements:

  • Garment/s will need to be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Garments should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Returned items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered from their original state (i.e. tags removed) will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer.

  • Sale items are eligible for a credit note or exchange only. No refunds on sale items that have been further reduced.

  • Only items purchased via perugia.com.au can be returned.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size.

Please notify us of your intention to exchange within 14 days of the date of delivery and return the item to us within the same period.

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns back to us. We strongly recommend returning via traceable service, as Perugia cannot be held responsible for missing parcels. In the case of an exchange we will ship your replacement back to you free of charge.

You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. Please allow 14 working days from the receipt of your return. You will receive your online credit once your return has been processed and approved. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong decision or incorrect size.

After 14 days of receipt all sales are final.

FAULTY GOODS

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality and a thorough check of your garment is undertaken before it is sent off. However, in the event that an item is faulty, please accept our apologies and email customerservice@perugia.com.au

 

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission if the garment we have sent has a minor fault then we have the right to repair the fault to the product and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired then we will send you a replacement product, which matches your original purchase. However, if we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item then we will reimburse you in full for your purchase and your return shipping costs. Please include a copy of your postal receipt.

Perugia reserves the right not to accept the return of a product where we inspect the product and reasonably assess that:

  • Damage caused by neglect or misuse (for example, treatment inconsistent with the product's care instructions or wash guide); or

  • Usual wear and tear following use of the product.

PRIVACY

Section 1 - What we do with your information


When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

Section 2 - Consent


How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at customerservice@perugia.com.au


Section 3 - Disclosure


We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Our store is hosted on Wix Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Wix’s data storage, databases and the general Wix application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Section 4 -Payment


If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Wix stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.


Section 5 - Third-Party Services


In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So, if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

Google analytics:
Our store uses Google Analytics to help us learn about store visits and the pages being viewed.

Section 6 - Security


To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.


Section 7 - Age of Consent


By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependants to use this site.

Section 8 - Changes to this Privacy Policy


We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
